Q: My package has not arrived yet. When can I expect it if I live in the US?
A: Items are shipped via United States Post Office (USPS) from Seattle, WA, US.
The FREE (default) shipping option (USPS First Class) typically takes 5-10 business days for domestic destinations and DOES NOT come with tracking info.
The $3.00 shipping option (USPS First Class) typically takes 5-10 business days for domestic destinations as well, BUT it comes with tracking info.
The $8.00 shipping option (USPS Priority Mail) typically takes 2-4 business days for domestic destinations, AND comes with tracking info.
We cannot be held responsible for an order once it leaves our hands, however, if you do not receive your order within 2 weeks, please email us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
Q: My package has not arrived yet. When can I expect it if I live outside of the US?
International shipping (outside the US) can take up to a month to arrive. If your package doesn't arrive in (at most) a months time, please email us.
Q: I placed an order on dd/mm/yy. Have you shipped it out yet?
A: We process orders within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. We can ensure you that your package is/will be on the way.
Q: Do you issue refunds?
A: If you have any issues with your order feel free to contact us and we’ll make sure any issues, questions or problems are resolved in a very timely matter. We will issue refunds based on a case-by-case basis.
